Merchandise Returns: Except as otherwise provided, no merchandise will be accepted for return after 15 days from date of shipment.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on authorized returns.  To return merchandise you must call ATOMIC WHEEL COMPANY at (805) 581-5280 for a Return Authorization code.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization code.  Include with your return, a copy of your invoice and packing list.  All merchandise returned must be in new (unused) condition.  Returned merchandise must also be complete and in its original packaging.  Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid.

Limited Warranty: ATOMIC WHEEL COMPANY skateboard wheels are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase.  This warranty excludes abuse and normal wear and tear.
